Sausage Nachos

 1 lb (or 10 Patties) of Goolsby's Sausage
 1 Package Tortilla Chips
 1 ½ cups Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
 1 can Fire Roasted Corn, Drained
 1 can Black Beans, Drained
Cold Toppings
 ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
 ½ cup Sour Cream
 ½ cup Guacamole
 ½ cup Pico De Gallo

Preheat oven to 375˚F.

Brown Goolsby's sausage in a pan and crumble. Cook the sausage until no longer pink. It will brown completely in the oven.

Line a 13" x 9" sheet pan with tortilla chips. Spread them out evenly as possible.

Layer as follows: Add the ground sausage to the top of the chips, shredded Cheddar cheese, fire-roasted corn, black beans. Put the sheet pan in 375°F oven for 8 min.

Add as many toppings as you please! Enjoy!
